When I was in wolf form, if I ran and jumped it was fine, but if I was standing still and jumped straight up there was no animation, and it looked like the model just lifted straight up. Furthermore, it stuck my character at the top of the jump and I couldn't move or look around.

This has happened to me in Werewolf Form. I think I had to drop illusion and then duck/sit to get unstuck.. I forget..
