In the same vein, Level 60 Rangers cannot cast SoW on someone if a Level 60 Shaman or Level 60 Druid has cast on them. I want to do some testing to get the numbers right but it appears as though it's the equivalent of a Level 54 SoW.
Also the same with Harmony but that can be a separate bug report.
