That's great. If your business model relies upon jim-crow sharecrop wages, your business deserves to either adapt or go under. There are plenty of other restaurants and retailers that will continue to do just fine paying people a living wage.

BTW since moving from California to S. Carolina one of the biggest differences so far has been a dramatic reduction in the quality of service staff and in the quality of drivers. Also roads like a 3rd world country compared to Cali. I'm also paying more property tax on my house than I did in Cali
