Plat is still valuable, can buy most stuff easier in raw plat then items. However when your dealing with items like you are trying to sell, or things like AoN, White Dragon Helm, mithril/velium, high end vel droppables. There is a really hard time putting a price in plat on them. Saw someone trade an AoN for a zlandi heart, the next zheart was on auction for 120k got bought up and resold for 300k within a week.
I don't think you will find a enchanter item set or anything proper to pay for this item, unless someone has a bis droppable set just laying around and wants to toss it in with plat. Most enchanter item set are cheap +Cha droppables can max charisma one with less then 1k pp i would think.
