Everything looks legit. Start by running launcher and eqgame.exe into compatibility mode sp2. Then go into your i I file and adjust your reso 600x800.
Make sure you have followed the directions to setup on the home page of p99.
Patch files and such.
Then make sure that your AV program isn't deleting the dll.
Those are the few starter problems that can't stop you in your tracks.
And of course
If you patch to EQ servers you gotta reinstall again in a different folder.
