hacking has always been and always will be an antisocial sport. its never been a jimbob howdy doody handjob to the Sergeant and dicksuck the Corporal type of affair.
there is no honest jimbobs to hire to military Pentagon cybersecurity. Its just not going to happen. Cyber security experts have large gaps between street hackers in the way that they think, and they arguably dont have what it takes genetically to be as good as the street hacker.
You have to do it Russian style and hire street hackers and organized criminals or don't do it at all.
