I was in a salty mood when I originally made this thread because I had just seen 25 placeholders in a row at a camp where the named has historically been much more common. I deserve to get some shit for it now that the guides have provided their input, and I can laugh about it with the rest of you because it's pretty funny.
There's a silver lining for me, though, because I thought the spawn rate had actually been lowered, so I was never going to farm Fellspine again. Now I know that's not true (thanks guides!). Let it rain haste belts on Project 1999!
