both of these statements are true.
Unfortuently my solution of "geting the fuck out" probubly wont really help becuse we've spent 20 years setting up an oil rich territory to be taken by whomever wants to take it... So its a little to late to give up.
So I would say best thing to do is, re-institute the draft, start a real war, and send everyone over there and see what happens. idk... I dont get to decide so what diff does it make.
