at least 1 year ago I always saw groups of people there. The exp is quite good at the appropriate level. Unless you end up in a terrible group.
Usually a 60 camping the lizards near the alligator pits too. (1 lower level)
The problems I saw was people would go afk because med times at that level are long. So it was tough to keep the ball rolling. But as you enter you go in and hang a left through a door or two and there is a tiny court yard that you can pull from a building. (3 upper level)
I'd avoid the maze area to the right as you enter the zone. Clerics cast heal through walls, annoying. (to the right of 4 upper level)
