Ya, the funny thing is, the staff segment dropped from a named bandit in EK. So something of it was put in the game. But yeah I probably can not expect the rest to have been put in.
Is there a list of the quests that have been added and are confirmed to work on the server?

In some cases, I've been able to piece quests together based on looking at the database of items and comparing to other sources. One quest in particular no one could figure out the item, but based on the item DB and some Lucy look ups I was able to find and confirm the real 3rd item and finish the quest (with some personal embelishment on texts since they didn't exist) AND the reward.
This MAY not be the case here. I'll have to look when I get home.
