I found DL yetis to be great experience. Mobs have low hp and there are plenty of them. You'll occasionally get an add, but just snare it and let it tag along. After you kill the 4 you can decide if you have enough mana to put the 5th down. If not, just gate out and port back. Started there at 38 and went all the way to 44 in no time. Get a bag full of bat wings and go to town.

That should give you all the information you need to know about where to set up, quad, and med. You'll get the hang of pulling after a few attempts. It's really a great camp.
