This is just the kind of crap rightists constantly fall for. People telling them what they want to hear and labeling people they disagree with as somehow sinister or evil. This reactionary "the government is evil" line needs to be eliminated.

Trouble is that he and others are perfectly fine and legal in doing what they do. 1st amendment protects them because it's up to the audience to discern the validity of the information. Personally I've no issue with him taking people's money, and the 1st amendment can't be infringed upon.
