People like Gyno with a very high raids attended number did very poorly in terms of loot output as did Gaping and Weta all supposed officers/aimchat core. Gongshow is basically right in the middle of the line. A truly corrupt council would have numerous outliers that were "loot council pals" yet the only huge outlier is Burt, a warrior.
