Default Words of Darkness Quest
Has anyone done this recently? Just want to confirm the "an Icy Goblin" is still spawning in the Jailmaster area. Been here about 3 hours now and haven't seen him. A guy killing the Jailmaster has been here 5 hours prior and hasn't seen "an icy goblin" spawn either.
