I had a GM come within 10 minutes of a petition. I was new to p99 and playing a gnome wizard camping one of the job and camps and this twinked character showed up after awhile and kept KSing me. I said I was going to petition and he laughed and said they would never come. I petitioned I was a new player being ruthlessly ksed and this guy said you wouldn't come. A GM was there pretty quick, told him he knows better and to get lost. "I know who you are" lol.
