So he got banned for buying items off a merchant and selling it? Didn't this just happen to AM as well?
I don't think that warrants a ban as it's on who ever is recharging to guard their vendor or to charge bigger ticket items 1 on 1 / not leave them up the whole time. But with that being said I'm convinced Caiu is just pure evil.
