Hit F9 a few times,..
One of the camera modes does that when you move your character it spins the camera back behind your character.
Or if you go into your keybinds you can bind keys for Re-center view, Pitch view up / down, Zoom view in / out, move view vertically up / down
(not in game at this moment so I cant 100% verify) Try pressing the Home key.
