You gotta pick someplace. PoP is where imo the original EQ came to it's end. Was there fun stuff after that? Sure, some, but it wasn't really EQ any more.

LoY is barely an expansion as far as content is concerned. It was mostly a feature improvement. Maps, dye, actual guild management system, shared bank. The raid content is still basically just PoP.
