Did we watch the same video? The cop handled himself like a complete ape moron. There are many right ways to handle that kind of situation and dragging a 13 year old kid across several properties onto your own, before pulling a gun and FIRING IT, is not one of them.

I always side with cops on these things because the "victim" was usually acting like a thug or resisting arrest in some way, but this one is indefensible. I don't care if the kid was habitually trespassing on his property or being a cunt, you aren't allowed to take the law into your own hands like that.

Hope this ends his career.

Also you don't drag him around, kidnap and transport him, you either put him in custody or you don't. Arrest, or you don't. He was in the process of unlawful detention of a minor which is a civil rights violation.

He abused his clothing and person, attempted nut strikes and generally roughing him up without making a citizens arrest. Why? We don't know. Is it because he knows he was breaking the law and didn't have enough to make a citizens arrest?
