Yeah, if you stay at the same screen size. I image a 24 or 27 inch at that resolution would be tough.
Anyway, making a 4k version of qqui has been on my list for a while.. maybe when I finally get around to it I'll do a 1.5x size mod too

Otherwise ain't much ya can do other than crawl eqinterface for compatible UI elements that are larger than normal
