I came back after a few years of hiatus and had the same thing happen to me. Someone had stripped my beautiful Booter of all his droppables and likely RMT'd. Deru? Kinsawt? Who knows

It took a couple weeks but staff reimbursed me all of my items. The only thing they couldn't reimburse was actual plat.
