For a neck slot you can't go wrong with http://wiki.project1999.com/White_Gold_Necklace or http://wiki.project1999.com/Dragon_Tooth_Choker (I'd suggest this, it's cheap and gives good resists/stats.) Of course you can't go wrong with picking up a http://wiki.project1999.com/Wurm_Scale_Coat either.

And lastly, I'd suggest checking out the http://wiki.project1999.com/Deck_of_...neration_Quest and seeing if any of the flowers are available within your budget. They are a great way to bolster your resists without the need for a /tell to some AFK noob.

Nice info. Thanks for posting that. How tough is that Krom Zek Spy for the Dragon Tooth Choker? Like what level group is required? Slowable? etc..
