The plan I saw was to tax Mexican American workers who are sending money back to Mexico. It is a very real thing that workers come to the USA and then send money back to Mexico. Mexicos biggest export is actually labor to the USA, it accounts for something like 25billion dollars per year. You tax this sh!t 20% and it pays for the wall while simultaneously sending Mexico into deep recession. (lul).
