I had it in my head that shadow step on mobs sent them to their spawn. This is the behavior of the bard
song of highsun. It shadowsteps players and it sends mobs to spawn. They seem to proc on one another like crazy too, and when they proc on you they LOVE to blink you into the bones more often than not.
