Dustbinder Grakina isn't a repop at Zlandi's area. It was clearly dragged from across the lake. All good though. Getting trained while recovering just adds more fun to the game.

That mob can spawn at pretty much any rat's spawn in that area at the least. I had to deal with his bullshit multiple times while doing rats/snakes/vilefang awhile back.
