My actions were WELL Before the spell was released on the merchant. So everything I did was a joking taunt.
If someone was "griefed" over that - I am laughing all the way to the install of a different game to enjoy. What I did was harmless, the players that were there knew it (and joked about it) and the GM's just havent had time to figure it out. The time stamps will say it all.
My mistake was posting in RnF without knowing whether it was a player or a GM checking logs. That deserves a flame. I seriously thought someone was out to get me....
Who would think snaring a merchant for 5-10 minutes and letting it walk back would get you banned? Until I heard that in Ventrilo I was completely confused.
It's like being thrown in jail with the cops telling you "You figure it out why you are here!"
2 days later they let you go and say "Oh, we thought you were doing something wrong, guess not. Here ya go, you are free"
I srsly jumped the gun on thinkin it was a player tryin to get me...wow i got a tinfoil hat syndrome.
Something to ponder though:
If it isn't supposed to be killed, why does it have HP and I can attack it?
I dont go outta my way to screw players outta buying spells or iron rations from merchants. Better things to do with my time. I was having fun for a few minutes and it did NOT affect anyone.
So, disregard my post, it was a tinfoil hat syndrome incident. I should not be starting posts in these forums.
