Need to remove the red 99 forums and Ooc honestly. We have troll all stars and players who don't even play spend hours posting shit or trash talking that makes the server seem impossible to play on.

Forums need to be linked to a game account that has a character that is at least level 20+
A forum ban needs to be linked with an in-game ban.
Ooc is entertaining for some but a necessity for others especially players who need ports or want to buy or sell items.
