What race did you go with? if you went with High Elf with the highest starting charisma the 15 int/ 15 charisma should be fine. If you went any other race with a lower starting charisma you may want to re roll for the 25 char/5 int. I've always found that I don't die on a chanter by running out of mana but from a poorly timed charm break.
At the end of the day though these are more min/max suggestions. Enchanters are an extremely strong class and self buffed you should get to 225 plus charisma without too much issue and charm just fine. Good luck!
