If you're fighting high AC Velious monsters (ToV dragons, non-vindi stuff in kael etc) I think thornstinger mainhand + ragebringer offhand will parse the best on average. For everything else, I'd stick with RB + RSSS combo. You'd also be fine using RB + RSSS combo on high AC mobs, you'd just see a larger variance (based on backstab luck) in your damage.
