Agreed, these people are usually the type to provide evidence if they have it, but it didn't happen. Why would Apex be in Unrest anyway? Makes no sense, if you encountered a rare fungi twink they're usually either unguilded or part of some obscure guild that somehow didn't get hit on the Sirken guild purge ages back.
I'm glad the guy got time to inspect them to make sure they were "BIS" characters too
