Yes, friend. I'm sure it would be tons of fun grinding my way through the levels, fending off deleveled NTOV twinks in my leather and rags, to finally reach level 56 and fight against players with full 100hp/15sv all items in every slot.

The only people that are in full 100hp/15sv all items are the ones that want the server to grow. Levels 1-50 can be done in a weeks time and most of the people that are twinked are the ones wanting the server to grow.
Another strategy is to go xp in places that are out of the way. Nobody is going to check big open zones for pvp/griefing. They are going to check crushbone, mm, solb, com. The xp bonuses are nice in those zones but the xp flies so fast on red anyway that it wont matter.
