This is not a reliable method to break charm. At all. The Goblin Gazughi Ring is the answer here, not racial hide. Racial hide has such a low skill cap that it's success rate is unreliable, and it has a huge refresh time, so you're waiting a long time just for a second chance to use it that still won't guarantee success.
The GGR on the other hand is going to be 100% reliable and instant charm break. Do not rely on racial hide.
There is one benefit to racial hide, and it has nothing to do with breaking charm. It has an infinite time duration, whereas improved invis only lasts 10 minutes. You cannot move, but you can sit and med AFK as long as it is in an area without undead or see-invis mobs.
Of course, you can always just AFK as long as you wish by camping out as an alternative, but then racial hide would not have any perks left.
