2.) Everyone knows how to grief
3.) Server would die/be low pop. very quickly

I do agree that the griefing would turn a lot of people away; it takes a certain type of asshole to really put with it... probably the asshole thinking 'when i get 50, all you bitches will pay' like i did on SZ.
