Rooting someone kiting *with intent of a pve death* is against the rules. Unless it is witnessed, or you fraps, might as well just pull another 4000 mobs and kill them in 20 minutes and regain that retarded minimal amount of exp in the big scale.
or you could go to blue and not swarm anything without 40 people petitioning.
bottom line, you are not going to have much luck getting them to stop.
