I will just clarify with a simple example.
Pegasus Feather Cloak: The spawn mechanic for Quilmane is different here than it was back in 1999. The reason? to keep everyone from being able to levitate on their own... because that's certainly not classic. The rarity of the item or difficulty in getting it is much more important to maintain then the trick to spawning the mob in my opinion.
Also mob run speed has already been fixed and spell resists are being worked on.
