Can chill by the gnome pirates in iceclad picking off cougars, I believe their good till late 30s?
Or outside of ToFS, also in Iceclad, doing the same cats and also snow dervish bone cloud things.
Or by Eastern Wastes zone, also in Iceclad, killing giants and dire wolves. That is for sure good till 40, was where I leveled my ranger. Usually druids quadding in the area so getting a sow is easy. Giants/wolves share spawns so need to kill em all otherwise it will eventually be all of the type you weren't killing.
