As a dark elf you should want nothing to do with wood elves. In fact by killing wood elf guards you can improve your rep with the dark elf guards. Kill Kelethin npcs and bind yourself at Neriak. It will be far more rewarding in the end. Neriak is the Freeport of evil races.
