Your questions really aren't worth addressing. What distinguishes "basic" 3D art from something that isn't? And yes, as anyone with even the faintest idea about what digital 3D modeling and rendering entails, you start out by creating polygonal frames for your objects in a program like 3ds Max before rendering more detailed things like lighting, bump mapping, ambient occlusion, etc.

I can't see how you can call 5-6 of my other buds trolls with this kind of posting style. Maybe you are playing for the wrong team, or have it all backwards...
