Server pop on red wasn't even 300 the day Kunark dropped. When Nihilum started recruiting anyone who could put their name, class, and level into a sentence, population was probably at best 160 or so prime time on a good day with the new xp bonus.
If Nihilum was raiding trak with "35-40" it's because it was off hours and only 70 people were online.
But other than that, your diary of a first gen warm body was compelling.
