OP manages to write autobiographies and conspiracy theories on emulator elf quest during his busy time.
My advice would be focus more on school so you can finally secure that degree you are working on before you hit 40. Then maybe you can start working on that loan balance of $240k you posted before they kick you out of that apartment you are renting with school loan money.
