Barbed Scale Whip
This is one of the drops from a Frontier Mountains cycle off Draketamer.
Like the mosscovered twig, it was originally usable in both primary and offhand and was nerfed at the same time as the twig to offhand only. It is currently only useable in the offhand on beta.
