I really like full loot, but I think too many people would be scared of the possibility "losing everything" and never even roll a character. Our pop would be as low as it is now (like 30 people on during my play hours)

For one thing, making it just kunark I think a low pop would be okay, 100 people would be totally cool I think.
Full loot is rough, but I think I would make leveling, gear acquisition much easier to compensate. Fastish respawns, and no placeholders. Good churning gear ecosystem. With decent items off vendors and maybe pvp point things.
Would also like to make plugging not work, not sure if that's possible though.
