With XP weekend there is bound to be people killing kobolds that you could tag for faction. If you are xp hungry you might be better off using that time to xp though

You can, if stuck out in the field with a fully charged, some partially charged and a wad of cash, but it is best to sell them with 1 charge remaining and support your local shaman by buying new 10 dosers
