You realize that all those traits are caused by testosterone right? The finger one is of particular importance because that's something that happens in the womb. A woman with CAH, going through puberty would most likely acquire masculine traits... and still be female.

Your CAH argument is he's a woman because the egg was female but then metamorphosed into a man physically and biologically which makes him a man, but he identifies as a woman.
Or you could just say he's a tranny
