cowboy bebop cosplay. One of the few anime's I like. I was playing with the image in PD Howler I just picked up a couple weeks ago, ran the photo through like 30 filters. I was working this nice image of a topless chick on a Harley, but didn't turn out right. May try again. I should have probably hand detailed the pistol in the above image, only part that is a little bland.
