Soy does in fact have a noticeable effect on the endocrine system. That's why oncologists warn against consuming soy if you have an estrogen receptive form of cancer (like some breast cancers)

And why its recommended for women on their period.

Again, I knew a big guy who was like the posters in this thread. He drank a ton of "high quality" Soy milk, big jugs of it. Hes finished as a member of the cis male species.
