again, the Soy market was created in the 1970's as part of Big Industry. It had no market because it was passed on 200-300 years prior by Europe. Its a joke being played on Americans.

Anything is a weed if you don't want it. Soy was basically promulgated as a nitrogen-fixation plant for cornfields, there's no disputing that it's inferior to a lot of other plants, but it fulfills a different role too.
