I don't actually mind Alaska's electoral votes not mattering much. Why should a state of less than a million have more than a small say in who runs this country? However, we should on that same token be able to run our affairs as we see fit (within the bounds of the Constitution ofc). Three votes is fine, we have un-arguably one of the most powerful congressman in the house in Young, and two senators - we'll be fine.
I voted for Clinton, but I'm not salty about the Don. I think in the end he'll be a fine president, because Lord knows I wasn't expecting Clinton to be anything but the status quo. I just didn't see Donald as the course correction we needed. Voting for Clinton was actually the conservative vote in many senses of the word.
