There is no way since the
patch of August 9th, 2015. Pet buffs never showed in the pet window, so no changes on that front.
You need to track time with pen and paper or by means of a tool that reads your logs and plays a sound when buffs are close to fading (
Gimagukk's Incantatory Notation Apparatus, aka GINA). I haven't used it but some people love it.
