Custom content isn't on the table right now, and it may never be. It's a thing that P99 devs
might start thinking about long after the final Velious patch goes in, and the Velious timeline could stretch on for another couple years. A recycle/green/classic TLP server and the Discord server are higher on the priorities list than custom content, and those will be huge undertakings in and of themselves.
